Delivery & Returns
Most orders require 1 - 2 business days to process. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Your order will be shipped by Standard Ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available upon request. PLEASE NOTE: Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore Shock and Awww is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Shock and Awww is pleased to offer designs of the utmost quality and style, but understand that not every purchase is right for you.
- Thus, if you are displeased with the product you have received, items may be returned within 15 days of receipt of goods. After 15 days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
- Items may also be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. Exchanges will only be accepted for the same item in a different size or color way based upon item availability.
- To process your return/exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.
- All items may be returned unless otherwise indicated as nonreturnable. Items are indicated as nonreturnable under product description.
- Returns/ Exchanges will be processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of goods. You will be notified of your order status via email.
- When making returns/exchanges, please include the original packing slip, indicate whether the item is for return/exchange, and include the reason for the return and/or exchange.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We’re sorry, but original shipping fees are also nonrefundable.

In all cases, items that are being returned/exchanged should be in their original condition, which should include tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return.
Goods are the responsibility of the consumer until received by Shock and Awww. Please ensure items are packaged correctly, to prevent any damage in transit. Shock and Awww is not responsible for any items that are damaged in transit.
Custom orders may not be returned after final approval by customer under any circumstances.

Damaged Products & Shipping Errors
In the event that we processed your order incorrectly, or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the merchandise for a full refund/exchange at our expense. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 517.505.8925 prior to your return/exchange of damaged goods.
